Inspired by her father, Riley pursued a degree in accounting and embraced the challenge of entering a traditionally male‑dominated field with confidence and determination. Through her coursework at Arizona State University and internships with RSM, PwC, and Deloitte, Riley saw firsthand how foundational classroom learning translates directly into real‑world application. Digital learning tools helped her stay organized, study efficiently and manage rigorous coursework, while reinforcing concepts she now relies on in professional settings. As she prepares to begin her master’s program in accounting this fall, Riley’s experience underscores the lasting value of education—not just as a credential, but as a source of confidence, opportunity and momentum that continues to shape her career path.
