While always focused on learners and educators, we have also taken time to look inward. Clearly articulating our portfolio strategy led to our renewed confidence – we have strong, scalable, synergistic businesses that support millions of learners now, and will support millions more learners in the years to come. As we continue our company journey, supporting learners across the globe, we are rebranding as Cengage Group to further showcase the strength of our portfolio of brands, serving the higher education, workforce skills, English language teaching, secondary education and research markets worldwide.  

Cengage Group is the sum of many important parts – all of which play a critical role in our business strategy, growth and success.  Our US Higher Education business, Cengage, remains our largest and most profitable business – driven by the tremendous success of Cengage Unlimited.

This rebrand is a renewal of our commitment to students – in every stage of their learning journey – and showcases the opportunity we have to reinvent an education system that helps all learners improve their lives and achieve their dreams.
