Cengage Partners with Prince Mohammad Bin Fahd University to Provide Educational Resources and Technology to Students and Faculty
Andover, Hampshire — February 26, 2020 — Cengage, an education and technology company, today announced a new partnership with Prince Mohammad Bin Fahd University (PMU). This partnership will drive technology-enhanced learning and benefit faculty and students through the provision of joint academic publications, professional soft skills development services and electronic learning resources. The signing of a memorandum of understanding (MoU) between Cengage and PMU took place at a ceremony on Feb 9, 2020 at PMU’s campus in Khobar, Saudi Arabia.
Cengage’s wealth of higher education content combined with its expertise and unstoppable vision to enrich learning experiences around the globe complements PMU’s strategic goal to enhance the educational services provided to students and faculty members and improve the usage of electronic platforms.
The partnership will initially involve the supply of Cengage materials to support teaching and learning at PMU but is intended to extend into areas such as joint publishing with PMU Press and digital content development and research. Longer term, Cengage’s professional and technical expertise combined with PMU’s state-of-the-art facilities and unique and innovative skills-based approach to tertiary education offers the opportunity to provide enrichment products and services including a soft skills-based curriculum, professional development workshops and regional faculty events.
